The ability to learn commerciality in running a store.

Cons

Utterly incompetent senior management who have no idea how to run a business. Can not react quick enough to changing consumer habits/ignore changing consumer habits. Ignore the trends within menswear. Treat staff and store management with complete disdain. No ability to speak up because you will be a pariah. No one is happy and everyone is being treated with utter contempt. Instead of nurturing and looking after talent they rule with fear threatening your job thinking that’s what gets the best productivity. Harass customers and utterly no idea what CRM actually is. Store teams get aggression from customers but are expected to continue harassing them when they get bombarded with emails. Nothing is ever enough. It’s a company ran solely by men in all senior positions and it shows, aggressive behaviour all round, if you’re not in the boys club you’re a problem. Regularly witness belittling and bullying from senior management
