I feel I can identify with Henkel's goals and feel a generally positive and enthusiastic sentiment from the people working here. The level of trust and responsibility given (both for interns and FTEs) is quite high. So far, I always had the feeling that people are willing to move things, listen to ideas, and want to collaborate. From my experience, Henkel invests a lot in its employees and there is a genuine desire for talent development. I love the lunch & coffee culture we have as it enables greater human connection and knowledge exchange. There is a good reason why people start their career at Henkel and work there their entire life.

If you push for it and bring the right mindset, Henkel truly allows you to make an impact and grow personally and professionally. There is a strong focus on innovation, and you can feel that energy in many of the projects and initiatives. I get to work with many skilled and truly collaborative colleagues, in an environment that is much more international than I expected. The benefits package is excellent and goes above market standards in many aspects. Depending on your manager/larger team, you can often work very flexibly in terms of location and hours, thanks to a culture of trust and transparency. Over the past years, I’ve also seen a lot of positive change in terms of culture and ways of working. Leadership has taken meaningful steps toward communication, and collaboration, and it feels like they have an authentic intention to keep evolving.
