- Being able to work independently. - Trust above all. - Zero or no micro-management - Fun team events. - Culture supports networking. - A lot of food options to choose from. - Flexibility in work. - For volunteer internships, the pay is good compared to the industry. - The office ambiance and vibe are pretty nice. - People are generally really friendly. - Mentors are highly professional and understand your needs. - You get the same respect and value in your opinion as an employee would. - Exposure in terms of industry connections, working with numerous agencies, and events. - There's always something going on in the company. - Interns have a nice group chat for themselves and can organize hangouts and lunches. - Henkel also takes the initiative, where there is a Young Stars community for events, lunches, etc. - There's a nice gaming room to chill out. - There's an intern card, with which you can shop at the internship for 9 euros monthly and buy Henkel products for super cheap.

Cons

- The workload is a lot sometimes, especially considering you're being paid as an intern. - The culture is not German however, sometimes it feels like it is. - There should be more benefits, like a gym membership, small bonuses, etc.

The onboarding process was very organized, swift, and clear. It is evident that preparations were made for my arrival. The areas of responsibility for each role within the company are very clear. The workplace is rewarding, and there is a positive atmosphere in the office with the staff being very helpful. Amazing work-life balance.
