      Broad range of roles, technologies and opportunities. Global leader with plenty of cross-regional cooperation and projects. Passionate, committed and talented workforce.

      Cons

      Micro-management. Too slow. Trying to transform culture and develop digitalization but really far from where need to be. Insane, unrealistic workload. End-to-end strategy not connected due to silos.
