International Culture, Diversity, Atmosphere, Challenges, Upskilling opportunities

- Inflexible mindset to adapt and to improvise to make things happen faster (start-up mentality) - "On my way or highway" (take it or leave it) rule currently being deployed from top-down under "dx" structure, creating a "culture of fear" among employees - the freedom to disagree is no longer recognized and valued - From a senior management standpoint (especially above), there is plenty of room for improvement in people development & mentoring - Under "dx" no career plan clearly defined, followed and monitored to ensure its adherence by the top management - HR metric to value over achievements delivered by employees cannot be implemented, as there are a "fixed number of cards" to be used during the evaluation round, making it unfair for those that clearly went the extra mile and deserve recognition - at the end, the methodology applied is purely political/biased
