      Pros

      Solid company, with a long history and stable portfolio of products and services. This company has been around almost 400 yrs in total and can probably last another 400.

      Cons

      Extremely Germany-centric. The company is based in Germany, but they make sure you feel it. All the subsidiaries in North America and Asia are treated as lesser-than. They get no support, no training, and no inclusion. Germany and the German sites are the only ones that matter, and everything exists as a kind of scaffold for the Germans.
