      People are supportive in the team

      Cons

      No work life balance.. Overwork.. Company enforced hiring freeze at the time when the people were most needed. Senior management have no idea what they are doing locally.

      flexible hours. Not anything more I can think of

      weird meeting hours with Japan. huge lay offs. communication problem with your japanese colleagues.
