      Interesting work. Working with the Japanese.

      Cons

      Despite the Hitachi name plate, this company still has a small minded, unprofessional attitude from its days when it was known as TRE. There was a culture of resentment between the headquarters in Bradford upon Avon and the Derby office by some individuals due to their immature, insecure, bullying attitude.

      Great ambiance in the office. Benefits are good. Which include free weekly japanese classes

      English level is pretty low all around. Communication between the design engineers and project engineers is difficult
