      Pros

      Its okay if you like over time and are not keen on growth. Benefits are decent compared to other employers in the area. I've met a few great people here.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Poor treatment of staff. Opportunities for growth are limited. No external training. Poor maintenance culture.

      Pros

      Used to have a great BU lead that cultivate teamwork.

      Cons

      Working culture quite hierarchy with fixed mindset, it's difficult for a company to grow in such environment. Solutions developed from Japan and developer failed to understand the current market needs and wants in order to be sustainable. Feedback given but not taken into consideration at our level.
