      99% of the people are good...but a few bad apples send the entire apple cart down hill.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE place to work EXTREME pressure UNNECESSARY politics LEGACY processes, people and corruption LACK of resources TOO BIG to fail mentality, but Hitachi as a whole is TOO BIG to see it.
