      The team at the Sydney office is a small collaborative team. It has a great open and friendly culture. Managers certainly attempt to ensure clear and transparent processes.

      Cons

      It is a small team and therefore everyone must be willing to stop, chip in, and help where needed. The office is in Macquarie, which is not directly in they Sydney Central Business District. Not a huge amount of career development opportunities
