insurance , pay , people out on the floor great people to work with.Learned some new things while i was there.
Cons
management,production working 7days a week and i could go on and on, to many changes all at once,Press operators trying to do to much 1 person 3 compacting presses and every 30 minutes checking part to much for one person.company worried about numbers instead of quality.
