      Only work, nothing else. Trivial benefits. Just avoid it. Contact previous employees through Facebook or linked before joining.

      Cons

      Get ready for surprises, signing of contract after joining. Anytime firing. Fake promises made before joining. You will ruin your career, avoid RandD Center. No flexibility.
