Pros
- Benefits of employees (Life & health insurances, chance to buy Hitachi bonds, a few type of paid vacations ... etc) - Employee trainings (every employees need to do the trainings depends on skills and their level) - Chance to have a team, includes contracts and cooperators
Cons
- Long hours, specially engineer who works in customer services. Also, unspoken rule to not leave office before other seniors leave (Entirely true for Japanese companies) - Mostly you need to move from office to office, but it depends on the projects and customer you responsible for. Worst case, you need to commute to office about 1.0-2.0 hours by trains and buses. - You have to prepare for physically and mentally challenges. - Strict rule 9-5:30 (unspoken rule for you-need-to-work-in-extra-hours and office culture)
