Honeywell has a good brand name. The perks and benefits are excellent for senior employees. Salary is generally equal to or higher than industry standards. Honeywell is very established. Job security for those working in India is very high (Mostly because Indians work for cheaper). There is a lot of flexibility in timings. Sometimes employees are allowed to work from home. But this depends entirely on the nature of your immediate boss. There is plenty of recognition and awards for outstanding work. Overall, it is a great company to work in, for people with 7+ yrs of experience.

Great benefits and respect from supervisors makes the employment opportunity worthwhile. On numerous projects I have worked on, the group setting has really contributed to the open and free exchange of ideas across talent and skill sets and has resulted in superior outcomes for both ourselves and the company. The organization encourages team cooperation as well as personal accomplishment and should be commended for doing so. However, they are also careful to measure the contributions of each individual and are open and thoughtful in terms of talent evaluation.
