      - Good organizational processes - Approachable top management - Facilities provided were comparable to best in class - Work-life balance is good

      - Career path stagnates after reaching mid-level - Idea execution is poor owing to non-excellent technical expertise - Strategic visioning has a lot to improve upon

      Management reserves jobs for friends even when your clearly over qulified for the position.

      Pros

      The transition process from the U.S to Iraq was streamline. This was the best part of the job in my humble opinion.

      Cons

      The list here is too long to endure. My main complaint was how they expected me to work on the same level with someone who was hired from a fast food resturant and limited skills and no higher level education. While jobs clearly fitted to my skills and education level were denied for no clear reason.
