it is good org with leave policy and maternity policy wise and you get voucher for certification here. During maternity leave they support very well. Now every thing depands on team and project if all are good then it is good.

Cons

some time in your skill project is not there so you need to do upskill or need to mapped with different project so because of that you feel unsecure in job security. There is no much hike even you are 4 years working still not get hike here.
