Pros

Amazing technical, design, and product thinkers. I've never worked at a place where there are so many smart, innovative people that can make a real difference on client outcomes.

Cons

After the IBM acquisition, leadership was only worried about themselves and integration KPIs. They were extremely short-term thinking and did not provide any support to the account management and sales teams. I came to Dialexa thinking this team was supportive of everyone's success - it became very apparent that they were just worried about the acquisition and integration - which by itself was done extremely poorly.
