Some very smart, collaborative people and mentors Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Management prioritizes short term cost reduction over long term value to customers. They will fire talented people because they are too expensive and replace them with incompetent cheap people Inefficient, nonsensical processes and systems make it impossible to move quickly Low employee morale No prospecting support No stock options and they stopped 401K matching

Pros

I work in the RH team and I have been learning a lot Gym on site

Cons

- no remote work (even for one day) - lack of flexibility - huge lack of communication between managers and employees! Managers do not communicate! - you may sign your compensation letter and they can change and reduce your % two weeks later
