Pros

Give opportunities to beginners, but use the position to pay low salaries, meanwhile demanding a job of a senior engineers.

Cons

So many that I can’t list, extremely low salaries, absolutely no trainings, no free time for self development, no currier growth. The global rich company couldn’t provide with the splayed in the kitchen, one microwave for hundreds of people. Pushing to have on-call duties 2 weeks per month 24/7, which were absolute nightmare, because of bad management and infrastructure of the company. Rare annual low bonuses, baby step raises. Never again!
