Pros

Work remotely from home. No commute costs or time. This is a saving grace for employees with young children and two working parents.

Cons

No raises, no recognition, constant job cuts. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Ibm stands for I'm by myself!

Pros

Big name company that would attract quite alot of people. Salary very competitive and job flexibility. This are all benefits you'll enjoy.

Cons

Very poor employee rating system where your managers are given the number of people that must score a poor rating. To make it worse, they have a policy of laying off yearly (In recent times reduced to quarterly). Very Insensitive Top Management.
