      Pros

      Good company culture and great colleagues. A lot of freedom and cool projects. Some really smart engineers. Working from home almost always possible.

      Cons

      Not all employees are talented and motivated which slows down projects. Salaries are not on same level with some other tech companies. A lot of HR diversity stuff that the productive employees usually ignore.

      Pros

      There are a lot of possibilities for career and skill development and you will implement solutions for the worlds biggest brands and enterprises as they are IBM customers. The colleagues are very helpful but especially in times of Corona you might not have so much contact with them.

      Your email inbox will be sometimes full of news, success stories, announcements, marketing stuff and promotions and it is sometimes hard to read all of it, so you have to find out what is most important for you.
