IBM reviews

My experience with IBM has been disappointing. Since 2025, the work environment has significantly deteriorated. Job security appears to be a major concern, as employees often feel uncertain about their future in the organization. There is a constant fear of being asked to resign or facing unexpected termination. Additionally, the management experience in my recent project was very poor. The project manager's behavior toward team members was often unprofessional, and communication was ineffective. A workplace should encourage respect, collaboration, and transparency, but unfortunately, that was not the case in our project. Many team members experienced high levels of stress and pressure on a daily basis, which negatively affected morale and productivity. Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective candidates to carefully evaluate the current work culture, management practices, and job stability before considering a role at IBM.
