Very low benefit package compared to other companies in the market. Never cares about the employees if they even love what they are doing or not all IBM cares about if you are assigned to project and there is a client paying you. You have to be utilized and achieve the 5 dimensions of success just to be good employee like you have to work on full time and after doing your full time just continue study and learn and help others to be good employee. Working with legacy technologies just to run away from supporting customers after delivering the solutions. Sellers will always ruins your life because they always prefer to sell IBM products which is extremely expensive than competitors so all good projects fly away to another competitor who have reasonable prices. In case you try to complain about anything you'll receive one answer "This is how IBM works".
