IBM can offer you with a competitive salary. Has options to work from Home

Cons

Difficult work-life balance. Taking a Vacation Leave or Public Holiday off is even hard to get approvals. Some Managers would even require you to work with more than 100% of your work hours. It means that you'll work even more if you ever took any Leave or Holiday off. Some projects require you to work on weekends.
