It is a good company for someone who does not have any demands in life and is ready to have a stagnant life. Work from Home Work life Balance Flexiible timing

As I said earlier, It is a good company for someone who does not have any demands in life and is ready to have a stagnant life. but if someone wants to grow withing a company and his career, IBM is not a place to work for. Truly speaking I feel like I have wasted my 3 years in IBM Poor Management Politics No Growth. The best performers will get an average apprisal of 3 to 4 %. No opportunity to lean new technology
