Better than other IT companies for learning. No swipe out time is recorded. Sick leaves not counted. Your experience will depend on the team you are in.

Cons

Hikes are less. Promotions are slow. In some teams they are tracking attendance for work from office. Many old emplyees are still working in Ibm unlike other companies. some Old people are hard to deal with. Manager has too much control over you. Ibm is a manager driven company.
