      -Projects not doing evaluation well -Success determined by donors not end users -As an organisation, bad managers get promoted to get them out of the office

      Pros

      The atmosphere, the people and the work we do. It is a rare occurance, but I'm happy working here.

      Cons

      Amount of work can be really overwhelming, sometimes it was hard to find the work life balance, but since we have WFH, the stress has decreased greatly and we have more free time after work.
