Pros

Working for the IFRC is a great adventure, you will be working with the biggest humanitarian actor in the world, with a multicultural staff, in an environment where you help people and increase your profesional knowledge.

Cons

The level of stress, workload as well as the lack of recognition of the management are the other side of the coin. There is little support for advancement and management is disconnected from the reality of the staff on the ground.
