Pros

i like my job in Syrian Arab Red Crescent because its a Humanitarian work , so that give me the chance to help people in need by 1-scanning the areas that have IDPs to make fast needs assessment and respond to the emergency cases rapidly and by priorities. 2-Examining children for any signs of nutritional deficiency

Cons

there is nothing i hate about my job. but i am looking forward working abroad because our lives are in danger here in syria. Especially after losing my father because of the crisis.

Pros

The people and its volunteers.

Cons

The organisation has a haphazard approach to care for staff. At times concerning treatment of international and local staff. Very little career development or continuity for delegates/employees.
