Pros

Really nice people. Huge scale of responsibility. A lot of opportunities to try different asignment and change locations/positions within the company.

Cons

Not much space to grow vertically. You may stuck in one role for quite long, but will be able to shift left and right. Huge bureaucracy. Takes long time from idea to action. Unclear areas of responsibility (cross functional). You need to find your way to make things happen. As usually in PM role, a lot of responsability (end to end), with very limited authority to make decisions. Sometimes, you have to align with dozens of people before making a steps. But this really depends on the team and area. There could also be more dynamic/agile teams.
