Pros

The IKEA culture, if executed correctly is excellent. The business allows for you to move easily between positions, be it in store or to a different country. An emphasises on training to improve is also excellent.

Cons

No bonus scheme, salary for managers not competitive enough. IKEA Food Commercial managers are paid less than sales managers, despite a legal obligation for food safety, as well as managing a larger number of co-workers than sales departments.
