Pros

Nothing positive, extremely frustrating work environment.

Cons

This was the worst place I’ve ever worked. Once you finish your trainings, you’re treated like a slave. During inductions and training, they emphasize “improvement,” but the only thing that truly matters to them is hitting unrealistic KPIs, not your progress or development. They don’t even follow their own values and continuously put pressure on employees through weekly feedback sessions and micromanagement, which feel pointless and demotivating. Overall, the experience was extremely negative, and I would never go back. A truly disappointing workplace.
