Very toxic

Pros

Good pay and nice office.

Cons

A incompetent head of insight that was doctoring reports, constantly gaslightinig its team members, putting them on PIP for raising their voice and she did so with the support and complicity of the head of HR. Highly dysfunctional environment, where committed and competent marketing team members were marginalised or managed out. A company that sells poison and does not make up for it in any ways.

Pros

The company as a whole was good with lots of rewards from bonuses to great conferences.

Cons

Definitely a lack of knowledge and support for anyone suffering with mental health. It all goes out the window in sales and the only thing that matters is hitting targets.
