Pros

Great package, Great Benefits, great life style company Excellent place to work hard and earn a lot, not great if you want to develop as a person

Cons

You must devote a lot of home real-estate to make a 'home office' Out of hours work for no extra pay No clear development strategy

Pros

Looks after its employees, very good salaries, very good bonuses, very good share saving program, very good pension scheme, offers free gym facilities, lockers, showers, drying rooms, free running track and football field, free parking space, free coffee, tea, milk etc., restaurants within both buildings, organising events with free food and drinks, monthly free drinks at the restaurant, dress down day every Friday, collecting money for charity.

Cons

The only con I can think of at this point is that we have no ATM machine in order to withdrawal cash.
