      It used to be a great environment to work in and there are nice offices but it feels pretty faceless now - hotdesking with different people all the time so no real interaction

      you feel a bit of a cog in a wheel - lots of processes, and no real human touch

      Zentrale Lage des Büros, moderne Ausstattung. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit für Homeoffice.

      Kaum echte Wertschätzung für Mitarbeitende – gute Arbeit wird als selbstverständlich betrachtet. Mikromanagement durch Vorgesetzte und mangelndes Vertrauen in das Team. Entscheidungsprozesse intransparent und oft politisch motiviert statt kompetenzbasiert. Feedbackkultur existiert auf dem Papier, aber nicht in der Praxis. Sehr hohe Fluktuation im Team – viele verlassen das Unternehmen nach kurzer Zeit. Versprochene Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bleiben meist theoretisch.
