Still offers some of the best benefits and work-life balance in the industry. There are plenty of great people to work with, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being. It's a great place to grow your career if you're in the right vertical or have a strong book.
Cons
The culture has noticeably shifted in recent years, especially after two rounds of layoffs in two years. Morale has taken a hit, and communication from leadership isn't as strong as it once was. Sales success can feel heavily dependent on territory and vertical, which can create an uneven playing field.
