Facilities and allowances provided were good but gradually being withdrawn with only few left. Unlimited medical and health cover but with numerous riders

Completely random role allocation with zero consideration for skills acquired and work experience Too much of politics with worker union always having an upper hand Blue collar workers looting the organization in the name of labour welfare Work life balance is ruined at locations with considerable throughput
