Pros

From my own experience, working as a student at Infineon Technologies has been a great opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. The flexible working hours really helped me balance my university schedule with the job. I had the chance to work on real tasks that actually contributed to the team's goals, and I felt that my work was appreciated. The team was supportive, and I learned a lot from my colleagues through both formal trainings and day-to-day collaboration. Being part of a global company also gave me insight into how large-scale projects are managed

Cons

At the same time, there were a few challenges. As a working student, my responsibilities were sometimes limited, and not all tasks were very exciting — some were quite repetitive. It also took time to fully understand the internal processes and tools, since Infineon is a large and structured organization. One of the biggest downsides for me was that, despite my motivation and interest in staying with the company, there was no opportunity to transition into a full-time role after my contract ended — mainly due to internal reorganization and strict budget limitations.
