      Amazing culture but recent changes impact company vibe

      The culture at Infineon has always been amazing. They are inclusive, welcoming, and put emphasis on professional development.

      Cons

      There is a shift in the overall "vibe" at the company since a restructuring where many roles moved to "best cost countries." Management is more "prove we need you" rather than the previous atmosphere of "we're happy to have you."
