Not the best place to work

Pros

Job is easy. Once hired you receive plenty of trainings for technologies like Java, .NET framework, C#, SQL, Unix, React, Spring, etc. They hire people with no experience and people who just finished studying a career.

Cons

Pay is low. Amount of work is sometimes more than it should be according to the job possition. Communication between managers and employees is not efficient in most situations. They change the work hours. In some positions you must work on sundays and they are not transparent and clear when it comes to the compensation for those extra hours.
