      Pros

      Good Infrastructure, Atmosphere to work, Facilities at work place, Good Knowledge Transfer, Initial strenuous training, Overall a good place to start a career and learn a lot..

      Cons

      Poor compensation package, Poor HR policies, Promotions based on Certifications which never make sense when you quit the company, Communication gap between the managers and sub-ords, No balance between prof and personal life, 9.15 working hours is too much, poor utlization of bench resource, false promises, Overall not worth to work here for more than 2 years...

      Pros

      Most of the co-workers you come across are very nice. There are excellent facilities in India where most of the development work is done.

      Cons

      They ask their employees to relocate often at a very short notice. The policies are procedures are not very employee friendly, but are geared towards cost cutting.
