      Job security - If you are complacent and not willing to improve your technical skill-set, and if all that matters is a job, then Infosys is the best company to work for. Values, Ethics and Morals are everywhere.

      Cons

      Your thinking will never be challenged. None will ask about your aspirations and this will lead to a dissatisfied career. Pays peanuts.

      This is the place to learn your art. If you want to jump start your career in IT Services and want to do it the right way, Infosys is the company to join. Your entry and initiation is backed by big dollars worth of Infrastructure and Training investments. The company gives you your space to grow and find your niche. And you have ready access to successful people who have been-there-done-that for you to potentially model your future. Fantastic Leadership at all levels as well to boot. Great place to work with hands down!

      Conservative mindset. Some decision making process may be intense and laborious. But that's the price you pay when they are hell-bent on getting it right.
