1. Financial growth will get when u join company and then growth will be slow as there are lot of rules 2. Technical growth will be depend on your project, it was not much for me 3. Management is strictly following Umbrela rule for each team.

My first project manager was really helpful and understanding. He appreciated good work and gave room for people to work on their own time. My second manager was exactly the opposite so the work was not very enjoyable. But people are helpful and definitely make the workplace enjoyable.

Cons

Company policy is not employee friendly. And training period is too long and unnecessary.
