      Pros

      Flex time, but it depends upon the manager you are reporting to. Ability to work from home when needed. Time to scale for new projects is very quick and you also have Intel University where you can learn about different areas in electronics.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes be very grueling and during RTM there is a lot of rush. Sometimes a lot of employees feel stressed. Ratings and reviews are the only way to live your life, and you have to be on constant guard to maintain a good review.

      Pros

      Fantastic training, good salary, good working hours, good surroundings, enthusiastic colleagues. Opportunity to see how processors are made, involved very much in the running of your department. A great social ethos as well. Lots of social events arranged by the company and paid for by the company. You are rewarded very handsomely when you do something well. Given constructive feedback.

      Cons

      Some cynicism among some colleagues. Its not a major issue though. Everyone is extremely enthusiastic about their work. Not entirely sure what the purpose of having so many managers either. It's easy to get left behind and be ignored though. Always keep yourself in focus of management around you.
