Pros

It's a great company that works on the cutting edge of technology, and it is really awsome to be a part of the corporation that changes the world, that makes life of billions of people easier, data more approachable, and moves forward science and technology in different parts of the world.

Cons

there may be too much of bureaucracy, but it is a natural thing of a huge multi-national corporation, otherwise it may become uncontrolled, and may have losses. Also, working in a multi-country team might be not really convenient sometimes, as you have to deal with people from different time zones, and have to stay late.

Pros

Intel allows the ability to choose career path in a variety of technical/non-technical fields. Many people who have been with the company for 20+ years started out in engineering and then moved to management, marketing or other technical fields. Intel has a high level of integrity ingrained in the corporate culture and also has a culture of innovation. There is an open-door policy at all levels of management. Free coffee/tea/Coke.

Cons

Rigid definition of "priority schools" for recruiting purposes; students at non-priority schools have a harder time getting a foot in the door. The gray cubicles are a little depressing, but are slowly being replaced by newer, better-looking cubes.

Pros

Satisfaction of working for the global leader in its industry, and being well compensated for it. Opportunity to work with talented, motivated colleagues and peers in a global organization. Working on challenging issues that provide an opportunity to grow professionally, with the resources needed to meet those challenges.

Cons

Dealing with the occaisional bureaucratic processes necessary at a large multi-national company. Difficulty of advancing at the higher job grade levels, as competition is high and increases as one advances. Finally, the pervasive attitude that an engineer without marketing experience can be put in a senior marketing position and be successful, while the opposite consideration of putting a marketing person in an engineering job would never happen
