Executive management is top notch, too bad middle management does not follow suit

There are middle managers at this company who are dinosaurs that are NOT willing to grasp new technologies; as these technologies threaten their existance, i.e. sand box. Dealt with some children type mentalities in the technology department, i.e. I was here first attitude and I will force you to reinvent the wheel and waste company resources, i.e. sand box Union-like mentality, 'seniority' supersedes everything else, its not about your skill-set, its about how long you have been with the company. Co-workers purposely hide information and provide erroneous information for political/personal gain There are very few team players in technology, its a lone ranger mentality, I don't think many played sports.
