      - Culture; they care about employees as people, always accommodating for personal needs, so many DEI events and comiteees to help fo employees grow their network and develop leadership skills, good work is always recognized - Benefits are brilliant; excellent salary, bonuses, hybrid working approach, good office with adjustable desks and ngod chairs, really nice office. Private health and other benefits also included - Management are always supportive in developing their staff both personally and professionally; lots of learning tools provided - Variety of projects to work on so we get a full picture of the software development life cycle and always lots to learn from experienced staff - Everyone is valued and respected - Supports a lot of good causes
