Treats Employees of Color Poorly

Pros

- free food sometimes - CEO attempts to be relatable - great pay but poor benefits (parental leave is only 6 weeks)

Cons

- All DEI actions and initiatives are performative. Even on the website - at the time of this post, DEI was under the "Sustainability" tab. There is only one person of color in HR - and they are one of two hired for diversity initiatives (the other one is white). - No onboarding in place for the first week. Expected to do from point of hire - no learning curve enabled or expected. - Terrible work life balance. People work long hours, expected to email while in meetings, expected to respond to emails within 10 min.
