      Pros

      Been at Jefferies for 10 years. Fantastic close knit culture. It’s an agile place with a can-do attitude. Working here means you develop broad experience in your specialist field...if that makes sense.

      Cons

      Because it’s a small place, we tend to hire very senior people and opportunities for growth are in some ways more limited that at larger institutions.
